How do we send our products?
All the products purchased on Exhaust Store are shipped by the main national carriers specialized in terrestrial or airway door-to-door services.
How long do deliveries take?
The purchased products are sent within 7 working days from the moment we receive the payment confirmation. Any changes will be communicated properly.
Who pays for the delivery charges?
The shipment expenses will be charged to the costumer account.
The amount will be included in the shopping cart, and notified by e-mail to the costumer.
What am I supposed to do when I receive the products?
There is a product warranty on every item purchased through X-OST MARANELLO, and there are some instructions to follow at the delivery moment.
- If the items number doesn’t correspond to the indicated one, accept the delivery ‘with reservation’ and contact X-OST MARANELLO within 48 hours from the delivery time using the contacts given in our web-site.
- If the items number is correct but you notice that some boxes are damaged, accept the delivery ‘with reservation’ and contact X-OST MARANELLO within 48 hours from the delivery time using the contacts given in our web-site.
- If the items number is correct and all the boxes are complete, it is possible to accept the delivery without any reservation. Once you have accepted the delivery it is important to open all the packages and check the state of the goods inside, within 48 hours from the delivery time .
- If the goods inside the packages have been damaged by transport, you must contact X-OST MARANELLO within 48 hours from the delivery time using the contacts given in our web-site.
- The boxes and packages must be preserved in order to be eventually used for the restitution of the items.
Is it possible to protest for any damaged good after 48 hours from the delivery time?
No, the product warranty only provides for the notification of the transport only within 48 hours from the delivery time. Any manufacturing defects that are not related to the transport can be notified.
Why is it important to evaluate the condition of the goods within 48 hours from the delivery time?
In case of defective items that are declared after 48 hours, they can be charged on the latest purchaser, who will not receive the amount in return.
Can deliveries be made at the costumer’s floor?
The delivery service at the costumer’s floor has to be requested and implies a higher shipment charge.
What happens if the costumer is not at the shipping address to accept delivery of the products??
The items will be kept in the storehouse of the carrier for 3 working days. After that, they will be sent back to the sender and charged on the costumer’s bill.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Can I return the products I have received?
Yes, you can. All the products purchased from X-OST MARANELLO can be returned within 10 working days from the day of the delivery.

How can I return what I have bought?
In order to return the purchased goods you must follow the instructions in the Refund Policy section, fill in the RETURN FORM and send it to X-OST MARANELLO. The shipping charges for the return of the product are imposed to the costumer.
How shall the returned items be packed?
The items shall be packed in the same boxes used for their shipping. In case they were damaged or not suitable for a correct packing, you can use boxes of your property making sure you are wrapping the items in a proper way.
How is Return Policy structured?
The management of the Return Policy is clearly explained in the Return Policy section.
Return & Refund Policy:
Internet sales contracts are subject to legal regulation for mail and/or telephone order selling (D.L. May 22nd 1999 N°185. By accomplishment of CEE N°97/7 instruction concerning costumer’s protective measures in the subject of contracts at a distance).
Therefore, in case the costumer should not be satisfied with the purchased product, he can ask for the goods’ refund. The above-mentioned refund refers exclusively to the product’s price. All additional expenses deriving from return shipment are charged to the costumer. Only in case the goods were originally defected, the shipment charges would be debited to the selling company.
Essential condition for the refund exertion is the substantial integrity of the goods, which have to be returned within 30 days.
